Who this is for

THC513 is a cannabis deal aggregator for adults 21 and older. By using the site, you confirm that you are at least 21, that you are accessing the site from Ohio or another jurisdiction where adult-use or medical cannabis is legal, and that you are not using it on behalf of a minor.

What we do (and don't do)

We aggregate cannabis prices and promotions that dispensaries themselves publish on their public-facing menus. We link to those menus so you can buy directly from the dispensary. We do not sell cannabis. We do not take orders. We are not a dispensary, broker, or agent. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any dispensary.

Accuracy and “as-is”

Prices, stock availability, strain names, and promotions come from third-party dispensary menus and can go stale between scrapes. We strive to keep the board accurate but we don’t guarantee it. Verify the price and availability with the dispensary before you travel. Nothing on the site is a binding offer from us or any dispensary.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, THAT INFORMATION IS ACCURATE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR PRODUCT OR DEAL WILL BE AVAILABLE.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account. If you suspect someone else has access, reset your password from /forgot-password or email us.

You can delete your account from /account at any time. Deletion removes your user record, alerts, chat history, and newsletter subscription from our database.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions (Digest and Pro) are billed monthly through our payment processor. You can cancel anytime from /account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don’t pro-rate refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle.

If a charge fails, we’ll retry and email you. Repeated failures downgrade you to the free tier; your data stays intact.

Refund policy

Refunds are issued as store credit applicable to future THC513 subscriptions, not as cash returns through the payment processor. We may issue full or partial credit at our discretion in response to a service issue or billing error — usually proportional to whatever didn’t work for you. Email hello@thc513.com to start a refund conversation.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or bulk-export the site’s data.
• Reverse-engineer the API or abuse rate limits.
• Use the chatbot to generate content unrelated to cannabis deals (we’ll rate-limit or suspend accounts that do).
• Misrepresent your age or jurisdiction to access the site.
• Post content on the site (we don’t accept user content today; this is a guardrail for any feature that might allow it later).

Violating these terms can get your account suspended or deleted without notice.

Links to dispensaries

Product and store links go to third-party dispensary websites. We don’t control those sites, their inventory, or their policies. If a dispensary link is broken, sold out, or the price is different when you get there, our liability is limited to fixing the link.

Cannabis legality

Recreational and medical cannabis legality varies by state. The site is focused on Ohio, where adult-use and medical cannabis are legal for adults 21+. You are responsible for knowing and following the law in your jurisdiction. Federal law still classifies cannabis as a Schedule I controlled substance; we encourage you to understand the implications before you buy.

Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THC513 IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE — INCLUDING BAD PURCHASES, STALE PRICES, OR PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS CAPPED AT THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes get called out in the newsletter and the “Last reviewed” date at the top of this page updates. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Hamilton County, Ohio, unless applicable consumer law gives you a different forum.
